Dear Customer,

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been added as an additional mandatory security measure for the CustData platform.

MFA greatly enhances application security and is used by many applications and websites to verify users as genuine. For example, your bank may send an SMS or email 'challenge' to ensure a login attempt is genuine.

How will MFA affect the CustData login process?

1. When a user visits the Custdata login page https://www.telstra.net/custdata

The user will be redirected to a new MULTIFACTOR LOGIN page as shown below:

2. The user then enters "Username" and "Email".

3. The user is then redirected to the following page.

4. The user will receive an email with a link from Telstra.

5. The user will either click on the link or copy/paste the link in the same browser.

6. The user will then be redirected to the next page:

7. The user can enter the account password for the account number (prepopulated) and log in.
